Tomorrow night we are hosting a screening of the Global Poverty Project’s 1.4 Billion Reasons D.V.D presentation at our London office. The screening, which starts at 7pm, is free and there are plenty of spaces left. 1.4 Billion Reasons was created by the Global Poverty Project and is designed to inform people about extreme poverty and inspire them to take action against it. You can watch a trailer of the D.V.D here.
This month, we are asking all of our RESULTS activists to take the presentation out into their communities and use it as tool for engaging people on the issue of extreme poverty. As such we are holding a screening to allow people the chance to see the D.V.D for themselves. There are plenty of spaces available and there will be refreshments available!
Where: RESULTS UK office, Second Floor, 13 Maddox St, London, W1S 2QG. Ring the buzzer and we’ll let you in.
When: 7pm, Tuesday 11th January 2011
